My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and nice, but the bathroom was very small. I found the bedding comfortable, although the room could use some upgrades. Unfortunately, there was no comfortable chair in my room, specifically in 304, which was handicapped accessible.

The hotel had rooms with a glass door separation and TV, though slightly musty and minimally airconditioned. They offered a great view despite looking worn. The location was close to the Superdome and Bourbon Street, making it perfect for our needs. The dining experience seemed standard but with unexpected additional charges. The service was a mix of attentive and unyielding, with a standout assistant manager. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.

I was thrilled with the hotel’s location, which was conveniently near great shopping and dining spots and just a stone’s throw away from the interstate. The room was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. However, it would have been even better if they had more security measures like cameras on the room floors, and the hotel's automatic door system presented a slight inconvenience. Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay overall.
